    Default 2 finishes yesterday..

The star is the Angela Waters i posted about using turnovers... and the runner is my take on an old Jenny tute with KT using "mini charms"... been staring at those for a couple of years...
Decided to quilt the pieced top with backing on the frame and then top stitch the charm...
FYI.. i used glue stick to keep the charms in place... it worked well... as well i went down one side of each row and did a straight line from point to point then came back up the other side just lifting the foot from point to point... didn't take as long as i thought) I'm pleased with both)Click image for larger version.

Those are both gorgeous! Did you do all that wonderful quilting yourself?

I don't know about amazing... but i have finally settled on "my FMQ being good enough for me"!!!!!!!!! I have a big clunker of a machine and finally got the machine tension and thread type DOWN to what works all the time... happy with "stipple and scroll and sometimes boxy,,it allows me to FINISH every project from start to end myself and i must say i have gotton the "binding" thing down to a science.... LOL

Beautiful. There is something about finishing a project from start to finish. Your quilting improves with each quilt.
