Yes, there's a reason why I only finished two quilts today. DH kept bringing me truckloads of mulch for the flower beds. He brought 4 big dump bed loads and put one in the middle of the yard that needed to be shoveled to the beds. Then, I suggested maybe he could dump the loads directly into the beds and I could spread it easier with a rake. If he hadn't done that, I wouldn't have gotten as much as I did done.
On a good note, my back is only aching a little and I did get to the sewing room for 4 hours this afternoon and finished the quilt that I had to replace the backing on. Boy is it heavy. The pretty little blue/red and white one was donated and right this minute I don't remember by whom but I hope they will claim it because it is a charmer.mulch.jpgmulch2.jpg2 more.jpg
