Terry, the quilt turned out beautiful! You should be proud of yourself. Can't beat the price for the materials either!

Your quilt is a real beauty and such a wonderful use of scraps. I would give my eye teeth to free motion quilt like that.

Oh boy, this is the reason I love this forum. I feel so warm and full of heart and love after reading your comments. I didn't mean to be putting down my work. I'm proud of it. I just know that I WILL GET BETTER. I do remember my first free motion quilting from two years ago. I've had lots of practice and if I could just go slower, I would get it more consistent, but for now, this isn't bad. I would not have stuck with FMQ had it not been for the Shriners Project but it gave me reason and practice. Now I am getting some things done that I wanted to do and in the spring I will work on my Shriners quilts. Thank you all so much for giving me the encouragement to continue. I love all of you and I love the Olympics of sewing.

Ditto to all the above comments. Your quilt is just beautiful & the FMQ is great. I also am impressed with how quickly you pieced & quilted it. I hope you plan to keep that one for yourself.
