Default Make a "Disappearing Pinwheel Baskets" Quilt with Jenny!

God, Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change,
The stash to make a quilt to help me cope,
A quilt to give to comfort those I love in times of hurt, fear and uncertainty.
And the courage to keep on sewing when life itself seems held together by a single thread of hope.

My first thought was "Not another disappearing pinwheel" BUT this one is okay!!
Blessed are the children of the piecemakers for they shall inherit the quilts!

I may just give this one a try. Maybe set the blocks on point. I have made a couple disappearing pinwheel quilts and still find it much easier to cut if I trim the initial pinwheel down to 12" so I can cut even 4" sections-much more accurate than a 4.25 cut.

Beth, that is a great idea!

This is a cute pattern. I think Melinda would love it.

Beth, I too trim down to 12" . I find blocks are much more accurate.
