    I find parchment paper works just a bit better then foil in the oven. I cook at 400 I usually use a rack but sometimes just put it on the parchment paper if I am using my quarter backing sheet as I don't have a rack that fits that one. Much nicer crisp bacon then in the microwave. Bacon thickness does effect time it takes to cook. I usually put the bacon in first then start to prep the rest of the breakfast so they come out about the same time.
    Use it up, wear it out, make it do or do without.

    It's called bacon for a reason. If God intended for you to fry it in a pan, it would by called "fryon."
    Tip for the day: Don't use basting spray on your Thanksgiving turkey.
