Question about recent gift certificates

When M* offered the $50 gift certificates for $40, I ordered two of them. I have the email receipt, but I don't see the numbers I can put in an online order in order to use them for payment. Should I have received a separate email with that info?

I received the email confirmation and then a SEPERATE email with the number. I too ordered 2 and got 1 receipt and 2 emails with 1 series of #, letters each.

Or on the main Missouri Star page you can click on the Account and then click Your Orders. Find the order where you bought the cards and click View/Modify the coded numbers will show up there.

That is what I was told to do when I called because I did not receive an e-mail with the numbers to use, I was also told that the e-mails are often sent back to them or they may go directly to your junk file.

That's what usually happens. Email confirming order and separate email announcing you have a gift card. Thanks Judy for telling us it is also posted in our account information.

The next day M* sent me an email with the codes. But it's good to know that info is also available in our account.
