    Default DOUBLE WEDDING RING QUILT

Here's the only Double Wedding Ring quilt I've ever made. I must have missed the part that said to enlarge the pattern pieces, so consequently my rings are only 9 inches in diameter! It is hand pieced and hand quilted every 1/4 inch (just in case my hand piecing didn't hold!). The colors are still bright after all these years and it's has been used and washed countless times.

Barb, absolutely fantastic! I can appreciate all the work that went into this. I've made a double wedding ring table runner (photo is in my old projects album), which I pieced and quilted by hand. I had larger circles however! You are a quilting artist for sure. How long did it take you to make this?

Wow looks great and I'm sure it took a while to finish this one. I am in dire need of some motivation to get my quilts under way. Great job.

I love it! I'm really drawn to the vintage patterns. This one looks like a whole lot of work. Such little pieces and you hand-quilted them. Wow!

    Good Morning Barb
You have really undertaken some gorgeous projects! I am so slow and pokey compared to many but you outshine us all, I believe. Simply lovely work. I appreciate all the time it takes. Do you use a thimble when you have hand quilted?

Absolutely lovely. And allot of work. I love these quilts but don't have the guts/ambition to do one. Maybe someday.
