    Default Berry custard pie

If you like berries, this pie is delicious. Tastes like warm berries and cream.

2c of either blue-, black-, or raspberries

    1T flour

    1c evaporated milk

    1/2 c sugar

    3 eggs

    one pie shell

pour cleaned berries into prepared pie shell. Beat remaining ingredients together and pour over berries. Bake 15 minutes at 425*, then reduce heat to 350* for 35 minutes. Pie is done when a clean knife inserted 1 inch from center comes out clean.

This sounds quick and delish! Lucky for me I bought blueberries today for muffins, but I think I need a pie instead....

This recipe made me think of my mom. She made a strawberry custard pie that was wonderful. Thanks Shirley!

Any whole berries, and drain them well after thawing.
