    They usually do unless they have stopped in the last week. Have you checked your junk folder or changed your e-mail?

    I seem to be getting them at least I did get one for my order two weeks ago.

    I agree with Claire, check your spam/junk folder.

    I too received an email confirming my order the same day I placed the order (last week).

    Your order confirmation is your receipt, so yes, they send them. Perhaps go to the quilt shop and select your account to learn your order number. Use that number to search your email.
