    Default Rantyrant

My gorgeous Bernina 450 has had to go back to the repair shop and she is only three weeks old. I had to take her in last friday, and they have no idea when she will be ready! Not a happy bunny, I need hugs...
Apparently a thingamaggiger where the bobbin is cased has come loose and now aside from putting it back they have to test it all again, obv. I am miserable.

Don't you just HATE when thingamaggigers do that?

    Ah, Lisa!
My machine is still in the shop and they still haven't gotten to it yet. Been a week there and a few days prior to that since I've been able to sit and sew. I don't know which heckfire shoot thingamajigger is messed up in mine, so I can say I feel your pain. I have learned once again how good it is to have some things ready for hand stitching! LOL.

I feel you pain and am sending (((((hugs))))) you way. My machine is also in the shop just for the yearly check up. So I am using my Featherweight until it returns. Hope you all get your machines back very quickly and yes Blondie it is always good to have some hand stitching to fall back on.

A piece of advice! Get yourself an inexpensive featherweight as a back-up. If you're a sewing fanatic it's a must. That way you'll never be without a machine.
