French Rose Baby Quilt

After 18 year of marriage my husband and I found out early in 2015 that we were going to be parents for the first time!!! It was the most amazing news of my entire life. Lucille Rose was born in December of 2015 and she has been the light of our lives since the day we first knew about her.

She is 21 months old and I just finished her baby quilt I had the top finished a few months before her arrival and simply thought that I'd easily sit down and finish it once she was here...babies mostly sleep all the time right? I'd have plenty of time

Well....I finished it this past weekend!

But it's done and she LOVES it.

I won't lie, part of what motivated me to finish is we have started talking about #2, and honestly I couldn't stand it if I found out I was pregnant and hadn't finished #1's quilt! Wish me luck!
