    Default Oh my gosh

I vowed I was not going to purchase any more material, any more kits, any more patterns or any thing else as I have several projects to finish--BUT I just saw a beautiful kit that I have fallen in love with-- Lord please give me strength- maybe if I wait a couple of days the urge will pass!!

In my experience, the love will continue and when you finally decide to go get it, it will be out of stock.

Procrastinate. It frees up time to quilt!

Mom always said "No dessert until you finish your dinner"
in other words "No new kits until you finished the ones you've started."

But then again the dessert was already in the house, wasn't it?
So I see no problem getting it now and starting it later .....

Definitely eat dessert first! Makes the rest of the meal go down easier ... just saying!

I keep telling myself the same thing, doesn't work.
Blessed are the children of the piecemakers for they shall inherit the quilts!

Who invented this "Not buying any more fabric" thing?
    Not me!
I do hit up my stash first. That's probably my only rule.
If you want to make that quilt, and your stash doesn't cover it, then go ahead.
1 I find if I wait too long the fabric becomes out of stock.
2 I like having another one to jump into when one is finished. It helps to keep me motivated to finish the one I am working on.

I just finished two, and for a moment I wondered what was next, then I realised I had one on deck, so I jumped right in. I am now collecting fabrics for another while sewing this one.
