    Default Fancy Forrest Finally Finished

    Here it is, finally. A nice lady at the LQS did the binding for me since I still can't do that. I did everything else though. This is the first of the quilts I've made that my daughter actually liked. I was going to try to sell it but she said no, she wants to keep it.

    Oh Jeanette, it's sooo cute. How could you get rid of it! I'm with your daughter....keep it. You can always make another to sell, your first is special. Thanks for sharing!

    I love love love it!!! So tell me, how difficult was that pattern to make? I heard it takes LOTS of fabric

    The pattern was not difficult to follow. It is all laid out very clearly, step by step. The small quilt (35 by 47) that I made took 10 fat quarters to make the animals the different colors and roughly 4 1/2 yards of misc. fabric including the backing and binding.. You have pieces of the fat quarters left over.
