    Default 6/28 Order Still Not Shipped?

    Hi,
    I placed an order on 6/28 (#3949397) and the fabric is still being cut. I think that is a long time to cut fabric. I expected to receive this order by this time. Is there some issue that you could possibly check on for me?

    Did you e-m M* directly or phone? (They might not see your comment here.) With the specials at the time of Jenny's 60th birthday, maybe things got backed up. It always takes longer when there is yardage to cut. You shouldn't have to wait too much longer.

    If you just placed your order 6/28 (Wed.), I don't think that's too long at all. At the beginning of the year, I had a couple of orders take three weeks to ship. M* has improved their process since then; they ship much faster now.

    My last order was placed 6/23, did not have yardage, and took a couple of days to ship. Orders placed on a free shipping day usually take longer.

    Adding yardage sometimes holds up an order as well.
    As others have said, it's a pretty sure bet that no one from the store is going to read your post here.
    I would do the following things on Monday ( remember Tues is the 4th of July...MSQC may not be open...not sure about that though)

    First I would go to the website front page and scroll down to where you will see "Contact Us"......send them the info about your order that way.

    I also would call the NON-800 number, you might get thru faster by calling the store that way.

    Many people don't realize this, but MSQC mails out THOUSANDS of PACKAGES every day......When they have a FREE SHIPPING Day, you can bet the USPS stops to pick up packages more than once I would imagine.

    MSQC works hard to please it's customers. Normally I never order yardage but when I do, I would expect my order to be delayed a couple of days for sure. It's only been 5 days....which really isn't that long for an order to be processed I think.

    Just do the things I have suggested and I am sure that MSQC will tell you what the hold up is....but I bet it has to do with :
    1. Jenny's B-day Sales
    2. Free Shipping Day
    3. Yardage to be cut sometimes slows down the order as well.....

    Hope you get an answer later today ( Monday)......

    I didn't think about that....but Lorie, you are probably right......about it being the week of the 4th of July.

    Well I'm sad because I really wanted to color in the books I ordered on the DD. Now I have to clean the yard instead.

    I'll take a look for you Roseanne, I know with the holiday today we were juggling a bit but you are right, it should have gone out by now (normally a day or two for fabric orders is standard), I'll let you know what I find out

    That is not bad, my order has been stalled at the UPS facility in Oshkosh, WI-less than an hr from me-since Thurs. morning at 5:32. I would be more than glad to drive there to pick it up.
