She is just so adorable in her new skirt.

So cute! Girls clothes are so much more fun to make than making boys. Sorry Wiggles. lol

Cute little skirt and Daisy. My daughter's favorite dress of all times (she's 31 now) was a t-shirt dress with the little gathered skirt sewn to the bottom of it. Sometimes the simplest things are the most cherished.

That skirt is almost as cute as Daisy is! Glad you're getting "back in the saddle"!

You amaze me with your skills. Girls are so much fun to sew for. Keep it up as before you know it you will be making prom dresses. Those were my daughter's favorites the ones we made together.

I literally have not touched my HV machine in about a year and I forgot how much I dislike it. For the cost- it should stitch circles around my much less expensive machines but it does not. Other than a deep throat and occasionally some fancy decorator stitches it just doesn't do it for me. I might keep it for a dedicated quilting machine and set up my inexpensive Brother mechanical machine which make prettier stitches and is less finicky for general sewing duty.

Daisy liked the skirt and she looked very cute in it. She looks cute in whatever she wears though.
    Great job.

I totally understand what you're talking about re: your HV machine and disliking it. I had a Janome that I hated. I dealt it for my Bernina. Very wise decision on my part.
