    Default Orange peel Quilt

I have finished the top of the orange peel quilt from Jenny's tutorials.
I haven't done a lot of FMQ, but I am ready to quilt this, However I prefer small areas instead of over all. quilting.
Does anyone have any ideas of how to quilt this top.
Perhaps a design in between each "orange peel". I haven't done enough to trust my own "creativity". Thought since the orange peels are a little thick, it might be best to leave them alone. I did an applique stitch around each one, but not sure I could handle the changing thicknesses while FMQ.

I really want to do this myself and not send it away, and have been practicing on baby quilts until I felt confident enough. I seem to prefer using golden threads paper as a guide and I just don't seem to get the flow of making something up as I go.

    Thanks for helping

What about pebbles on the orange peels to make it like, well, an orange peel and I agree with the previous suggestion of echo in the middle.

    The top is beautiful!

Here is what I did with my orange peel quilt. I echoed around the my pedal shape and filled the spaces with spirals...
