    Default flip flops

I want to make a table runner for DD, my plan is just to applique brightly colored flip flops on a sandy looking background and quilt it with tiny pebbles. I found a couple coloring pages with large flip flops but none that I am really happy with. Has anyone made something similar? What pattern did you use?

Procrastinate. It frees up time to quilt!

What a wonderful idea, and I might have to borrow it to use some of my more wildly colored batiks.

I have made flip flop placemats using the pattern below and reducing pattern to 75%. I took a short cut and used pre quilted fabric.
The was reduced size was 6.5 inches. I used crazy prints

I found some material that has flip flops all over it if you didn't want to applique.

Here's mine...I just drew them. Have to pay attention to the direction of the thong part.
