I would absolutely love that you would share how you made this !
I used to make Spinach Lasagna when the kids lived at home, and had they thought the "greens" in the Lasagna were Spinach, they probably wouldn't have ate it, but they always ate the lasagna I made right up and called it good. I don't think I have ever told the kids ( now that they are adults ) that there was Spinach in the Lasagna most of the time !

I had some lasagna at the Stinking Rose in San Francisco once. They are a famous garlic restaurant. Instead of the pasta, they took eggplant and sliced it thinly and used that in it's place. It was really good.
The side show was entertaining too! The restaurant is in an old building and the tables are set up in winding hallways. From where I sat, I could see across the street, to include the naked man who kept prancing in front of the windows!
