Did not know about the meat cutting gloves. Are you sure they are ugly?

I've never used the glove, but considering I never put a sewing machine needle through my finger until a couple months ago, and with my getting older, I think I will check them out. My biggest problem is going to be able to get one to fit me. I have very small hands.

    Better safe then sorry.

Sure glad you didn't do any permanent damage to your finger.
    Have a blessed day

Oh my gosh! I did the same thing for the first time since quilting to the same finger yesterday! Had it a little too close to the edge of my ruler. Made me think about wearing gloves too. I am hoping I don't have a problem typing at work tomorrow

Colors! Darn, I have to go shopping again LOL! So much for being frugal! Mine is gray with green overlocked edge.

Oh my! There are a lot more gloves on Amazon than when I bought them for my husband.. The chain mail ones look like what I use to clean my cast iron skillets.

Pam, Ouch, I am sorry for your needle injury. I ordered gloves because , yes, better safe than sorry. Thanks.
