Default Hello from Northern Saskatchewan, Canada

Hi all, Iím so pleased to have found this forum. Iím an ordained Anglican, who loves to quilt. My main problem is time or rather a lack of it! I have five children, fourteen grandchildren and four great grands, a husband and a congregation. We live in a resort community which is very quiet in the winter and rocks in the summer. Winter is my favourite, nice and quiet .Iíve lost track of the quilts Iíve made but itís many. All children, grands and great grands have had at lest one quilt and many are working on their second or third. My life is very full, very busy and I wouldnít trade it. Iíve enjoyed looking around this site and am excited to take part in it. God Bless

Welcome Pastor Patricia! I think you may be a first for us--a quilting minister. What a wonderful combination! We are so glad you joined us. This truly is a wonderful group of quilters. Some are beginners, some are very experienced and there's lots in between, but more than quilting, this is a fanstatic, supportive group of women (and a few men) who walk with you in whatever is happening in your life. It truly has been a blessing to be a part of this.
When life throws you scraps, make a quilt!
