Default Binding with the back 2!

Cold here in PA, so been playing with some geometric quilting and honing my mitered corner skills binding with the back. Many thanks to some folks who responded to my earlier post.
This is a quick table topper is from an extra block. I wanted it to be reversible (come on Spring!) I chose the back fabric to emulate some of the flower-like patterns in the light brown on the front. Husband doesn't like the combo. Not sure I do, but it's done.

I really like the contrast between the black/white/brown (Fall/Winter) and the yellow (Spring!) - kind of a contrast between the seasons. I also like that's it's a pretty, soft-looking binding that nicely frames the darker colors. Well done!

Thank you, JaneMarieS, that is exactly what I was trying to do - contrast between the seasons.! A friend saw it today and now it has a new home!
