    Looks like a quick & easy pattern. I think I'd skip the lines in the snowballed corners so I wouldn't have to worry about lining up things. Thanks for the link.

    I've made the Layer It Up using leftover jelly rolls strips for a lap quilt and fussing cutting the 4.5 inch centers. It is easy and looks great.

    Still working on it, but it's EXACTLY what I needed for a batik layer cake I got that was slightly miscut. Probably won't finish it for another couple of months, since so many things going on -- visits from overseas, grandson's 18th birthday bash to throw... but I've gotten a good start -- 15 squares made (out of 40, but what can I say)
