Default My Gypsy Wife blocks.....1/2 way done!

I've been putting off starting this quilt. Truth be known, I was a little intimidated and was afraid. Once I started, it's been hard to stop! I'm making blocks for two quilts. I figured these are great blocks to improve technique and I had plenty of this fabric, so what the heck.....what's another set of blocks when you're already making 72??? I did end up with a ton of scraps, so I paper pieced using scraps some blocks instead of making some Square in a Square blocks.

W O W ! ! ! I would be intimidate and afraid also. Congratulations on rolling up your sleeves and diving right in. It's impressive even though you're only 1/2 way done.

    I'm impressed.

    OMG, amazing. Really beautiful.

    Women are Angels.

Absolutely beautiful! Admire your patience. Can't wait to see the finished project. And as far as that second one goes, I know where you can send it!

That's going to be beautiful. The blocks almost look like a mosaic at this stage. Can't wait to see it finished.

Double WOW! OMG! It's on the way to amazing. I have looked at this pattern many times and have not been able to get past just thinking about 60 different fabrics.

If I may ask, how did you begin making your choices? Start with a favorite fat quarter bundle?
I so want to follow in your footsteps.

72 blocks x 2...wow...but it will make a beautiful set of spreads for twin beds. I admire your perseverance. And the colors are WOW.
