    I also have a pattern and flannel for pyjama pants and haven't had the courage to try them yet. The same as you, its been many years since I have sewn garments!

    My new glasses came Monday afternoon. I was able to do a bit of easy hand stitching on my current January project for the Fantastic Finishing Group, a counted linen sampler with a Wysteria gazebo. I have misplaced the green floss I was using on row eight of it so I took up the couching row underneath that. For something that I held so close up I was able to see without any glasses, but I'm not having the dizzy feeling or nausea anymore. An easy row of herringbone is next. I'm glad to be able to work on it again.

    Life has everyone on the move. I have been away a while but finished 2 projects this month. Today, I clean up the sewing room and start again. Glad to hear that Izzy is enjoying quilting. Wishing everyone lots of love, laughter and joy this year.
