    I'm still behind. Haven't done any sewing since returning from Paducah.

    This was my first block challenge from the internet. I have learned a lot and enjoyed this so much thank you Juliet for starting this post and sharing the link. I too like the idea of a weekly block. I am going to be sad when this one is finished.

    One thing I wish she had given us was an estimate of how much fabric to have on hand. Maybe, she did if so I missed that. I started out with a fat quarter bundle that I have had for a real long time and it was sort of the color of baby aspirin. There is no way I could buy more and really an odd color to try and match. Now I am doing a red, white and teal one and the baby aspirin fabric only when she has the 12.5 squares. I think the baby aspirin fabric one will be enough for a baby quilt. My granddaughter (the quilt hog) as claimed the larger one.
