Juliet, I love your fabric choices. I started Pat Sloan's BOW today, too. Here is my block #2.

Seems like quite a few of us are doing Pat's sew along. Here are the first two that I sewed yesterday. (Pardon all the threads on my design wall.) Maybe we should start a thread to share our progress.

Today I'm working on Bonnie Hunter's mystery quilt. Her blocks don't go together as quickly but I'm making progress.

I've completed my first block for the Farm Girl Vintage group. It's going to be interesting to see if I can keep up with one block a week in addition to all the other projects I have planned for this year.

Thanks so much! I have some FQ that have been sitting around for another color block project, but really wanted to do this one. Perfect for one of my dd's.

Just finished 2 quilts for granddaughters. I had enough fabric left from the Colorado block quilt to make her a sister a quilt! (I guess I'm still a little unsure of myself and purchase too much fabric!). Just started a quilt for an American Girl Doll for another granddaughter. I can't get the pics to load right now. Will try later. PJ, I hope your surgery goes well. I had the same surgery in August and managed to go to the forum retreat at the end of September. It was a challenge! I'm now 4 months out and it's much better! Have patience and do the physical therapy! Ice will be your friend!

I am spending my days off in Jan. to clean up the mess I made of my sewing room the last two months. I rushed quilting orders for others and still had to finish my own Christmas quilts. I was still working on mine till 10 o'clock Christmas eve. Ugh. Now I am all fizzled out. I really would like to spend this year using up my scraps and finishing UFOs.

So many beautiful and colorful Solstice Challenge blocks I love it!
(I love all your projects but since I love 12' blocks the Solstice Challenge is exciting!!)

I will pick up the suggestion and open this thread: -> http://forum.missouriquiltco.com/showthread.php?t=67791

Julet, I looked up the Solstice project, and I think it looks very interesting. I saved her instructions for the first 2 blocks. I've got a couple of *have-to-finish* projects with a Jan. 10 deadline, but will give it some serious thought after that.

I, too, am working on Bonnie Hunter's En Provence mystery quilt.
I'm finishing up the last clue and hopefully will be able to start putting it up on the design wall some time this week.

I like that Solstice project and may just join in on that one.

I am sort of new to quilting but liked the Pat Sloans soltists patterns. I think I can do each block with 2 fat quarters- is that correct?
