New House!

Well I didn't plan to fall in love with a new house when I got a wild hair to go shopping. But, that's what happened. Started shopping a month ago, then stopped looking when everything was over my budget. Went looking with DD on Friday and fell in love with a home 2 miles away in a new subdivision. Signed the contract today and should close by end of year. Now, I need to get in gear, finish some projects and start packing up, so I can hopefully put this one on market early next year.

Ha! Well it's just me in a 4 bedroom house. While one of those rooms could me my sewing room, it also has a 17 x 10 study. This will be perfect for at least the longarm. I think my sewing machine cabinet could fit there also.
