Default Irish Chain, done and gone!

Finally finished, it's been a UFO hanging around way too long. A friend saw it before it was quilted and went nuts for it. I used it to learn to quilt feathers and gave it to her yesterday. Made her cry. hehehehehe

ID:	137286 One of the few quilts I've actually finished (still working on those complicated tops, I'll get there!) I don't like the middle blocks, should have used something with a white background but oh well, quilt and learn. Thanks for looking!

If at first you don't succeed, try doing it the way your mom told you to in the first place

I love the effect of the colors. Very pretty and well deserving those happy tears.

Never thought about fussy cutting the centers of the Irish chain blocks. Great idea!
