Default Faster way of cutting many many many squares

Anyone have any tricks of the trade, that would provide a quicker way of cutting a zillion (technical term) squares of the same size?
Am looking at 2 1/4" squares but could be any.
Someone I know mentioned a software program that might help with printing templates that could be used.
    Any suggestions?
    thanks

My local quilt shop has a Go! Big Fabric Cutter and will cut squares for you. Never checked into the cost but if I had to cut a huge amount of 2 1/2" squares I'd pay them to do it! If you belong to a guild you might be able to pay someone in the guild to cut for you?

I have used my June Taylor shape cut to cut many squares at one time. It's easier if you starch and iron your fabric first and you can cut 3 to 4 layers at a time.

There are several to choose from.

Me Too! Just last night, I cut out around 80 - black 2 inch squares and 60 - white 2 inch squares with my June Tailor slotted ruler in no time flat.

I cut them on my Go! Big pretty quickly. I just cut two quilt sets of 2.5" squares for a friend yesterday.

I love my June Tailor Shape Cut rulers for cutting squares. They cut in 1/2 inch increments. However, my Shape Cut plus came with instructions for cutting 1/4 inch sizes. I of course misplaced those instructions and have been unable to find them on the Internet.

I have the stripology ruler and can cut strips very quickly. Then turn the strips and cut the squares. It's very much like the June Taylor ruler. How many squares do you need? Do they have to be cut all at once?

This is my preferred method too. The Stripology ruler makes quick work of cutting.
