    Absolutely amazing that you have been working on this for so long and it is FINALLY finished. You must be feeling a little lost now that it is done. In the 30's the fan was a popular quilting pattern. So many to choose from. Just choose your LA carefully. It would be a shame tohave someone mess it up at this point. I'd have trouble letting go of it into someone elses care.

    Wow. Beautiful quilt. I like the idea of sashing the blocks; makes them stand out more. This one is definitely on my to-do list.

    Hi, thanks for your comments grammaterry .. I am actually relieved it is done because I have so very many WIPs in progress and the fact that I was able to "work it in" to the bunch & finish it is a miracle! I am currently piecing two sets of the Tula Pink 100 Modern City Blocks, I am making a twin quilt & matching valances for one of my granddaughters, working on two Winter/Christmas quilts and a Christmas throw .. so I am glad to get this out from under the needle!
