Default Machine quilting a Dandy Stars Table Topper?

Help! Usually, a quilt top speaks to me, telling me how to quilt it. But the Dandy Stars Table Topper I just finished has so far been silent. I would love some ideas...I am ok doing walking foot quilting and/or stitch in the ditch but NOT free motion as I just can't seem to master it. Here is the top:

I'm no help suggesting a quilting design, but your Dandy Stars looks great in those colors!

Love your quilt. You could echo quilt it around all of the stars, and shoo fly blocks. That would be easy enough to do with your walking foot, and highlight the blocks.

I actually tried to sketch some kind of echo on the pattern but can't figure out what and where to echo. I am pretty much a beginner at the quilting part...I used to just tie my quilts.

I think a spiral or a letter C might be sweet.

I also had an idea to do arcs around the star points. It comes out as a kind of flower. That would be a bit spirally.

I would use the walking foot and go diagonally corner to corner and then decide on how far apart to make parallel rows. Not too close, maybe 2". Then if you really wanted more, do the same across the other direction creating a diagonal cross hatch. Good luck and post your final product!!
