Default It is friday! Make a Simple Diamond Quilt with Jenny

God, Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change,
The stash to make a quilt to help me cope,
A quilt to give to comfort those I love in times of hurt, fear and uncertainty.
And the courage to keep on sewing when life itself seems held together by a single thread of hope.

I like it. Maybe my kaffe fassett layer cake. I wouldn't do such a wide border though. For some reason I don't like them.

Nice tutorial and should you want to make it larger? You could get a co-ordinating charm pack (maybe two?) with the smaller wedge template as an extra border to frame the inner large wedge rows!

I really like this one. I have the Triangle ruler... and a number of Layercakes that would work.

Anyone know which video is shown at the end?
It looks like a 10" half hexie was used, but I can't find it anywhere

That might be an upcoming tutorial; it doesn't look familiar! The one to the left looks new, too!

This looks cute and fast! My DD's are attending a wedding in Oct. - I may try to put together this in a throw size - shades of grey and white/off white
