I really like the Santa one! I did an attic window block once for a sampler quilt class and struggled with the seams so I haven't tried it again. You do a great job!

They both look really nice! I almost bought the santa panel too.

Nice! I like attic windows, too. Have two panels waiting for me.

I must admit I haven't tried the "windows" as yet.. but it is on my "bucket" list. Just way down there around the bottom. You are tempting me to move it up into first place, but those "corners" are intimidating.

Don't let them intimidate you. So very very easy. Put your fabric on the bottom of the window. Cut a 2.5" square of same fabric. Snowball the side material. Sew it on. Done. I chain piece all of it.

Pick your fabrics. I take the long 2.5" strips and sew all the windows on I can. Then cut them apart even with the side of the window. Take a long 2.5" side strip and snowball both ends. Then attach to two windows. Snowball both ends again. Do 2 more Windows. I can get 5 Windows done (depending on size of window actually)

I can get one done like the birds I did last week in about 4 hours. These both took longer because the Santa is larger and the Harliquen border on the Fuzzy Duckling takes awhile to make.

You make them sound so easy! Your quilts are impressive, and I suspect you're more skilled than you're letting on!
Toni ... If I keep sewing long enough, will they make their own dinner?

Well thank you for the compliment. I've made about 15 or so --- so I've kind of figured an easy pattern to do them. Actually I only started sewing 3 years ago. Before that I didn't even know how to wind a bobbin or thread a machine The attic window is one of my favorites and they really are easy to make.
