    Default quilt for my son

    he is getting married Saturday. finished the binding yesterday. just need to add a label. used this quilt to practice my feathers. oh, and then there's Jack, he must supervise.

    Beautiful and I love all the feathered quilting, what a wonderful gift!

    I don't think you need more practice on the feathers. They look perfect. I've been too afraid to even try a feather.

    Jamie Wallens' feather video made it happen! I used a layer of warm and natural batting then a layer of poly. gave it nice loft. made it heavy tho.
