For Xmas I made a quilt for my wonderful boyfriend. The last year has been a busy and wonderful one, because of him and this gift was very well deserved. It took me about 60 hrs to make this Beauty, with the quilting taking up half of that, but it was worth it if you ask me.

60 hours seems like record time to me. I think it takes me at least 50 hours to piece a quilt and another 50 or 60 to quilt it plus about 2 hours to sandwich it.

What a beautiful quilt and quilting. Making a quilt for a man is quite rewarding. In my experience they are very well received.

Love your quilt. The quilting is amazing. I am so impressed you could do the quilting in only 60 hours.
