God, Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change,
The stash to make a quilt to help me cope,
A quilt to give to comfort those I love in times of hurt, fear and uncertainty.
And the courage to keep on sewing when life itself seems held together by a single thread of hope.
Thank you for posting. This is a nice and quick one to do. I did have to laugh though. This video was less than 7 minutes. If only we could make a quilt in that time. I think I would love to use some charm packs for this one.

I love this one. So modern!
That is easy enough. I would make it someone asked for it... like my child or grandchild.
I think I would like to see how it works in 5 inch.
Thanks for sharing... What a great, modern design.. Way to go, Ron!
I can see this with very different backgrounds.... A real scrappy quilt... You can use any sized block...any scraps... Love it...

Love this quilt. As Jenny said the possibilities are endless by using different size squares. I'm drawn to the modern look of the display quilt with its gray background and close quilting.
I like the zig-zag design better than the star design. Since you can cut your background squares, you can make the squares any size you like: 7 inches or 8 inches.
Keep Calm and Quilt On!
Wishing all a happy and healthy 2016.

At first I did not like it, to modern for me. But when Jenny was talking about 5" squares instead then it seems like something for a child or baby would be great. Easy and quick to do.
