You have such nice fabric combos.
I, personally, would go thru Jenny's tutorials and choose one I really like.

I made this one a few years back. It was simple and done in blues and creams. I seldom use a pattern but you can easily pick out how it is done. The blocks are all the same size and every other one is vertical. It is a simple clean pattern- the blocks are about 10 inches. I think these fabric are close to what you have to use and that is why I am suggesting it. There is a strip that comes down each vertical row and crosses between every 2 rows.

I tried to post a close up of the blocks on the prior comment but it just would not upload. Click image for larger version.

wow Diane, that is beautiful!!!. I really admire people that can do this without a pattern. I'm sure I will get to that stage eventually. Thank you all for your advise. I will get in there and see what works best and keep you guys posted!!!!

Thanks again and have a great day!!!

Well, here it is and I'm just not happy at all. I wish I hadn't used the pattern that I used. It cut up the colors too much and none of them really stand out and its too busy! I tried calming it with sashing but it didnt really work. Im thinking about a white border to see if that helps any but just really feel defeated with it. I guess the one bright side is I got to practice matching my seams!!

Hey, I like it. I think I would try for a pale yellowish border, to match the color in the quilt. By your picture and the shades of wall showing (one shadowy side looks greyish and the other a creamy yellowish beige) I like the look of the yellowish color and think it would work for a border. I think white would be too stark and shocking.
