Thumbs up Panasonic CORDLESS Iron! Woot! Woot!

I purchased a Panasonic Cordless Iron on sale from HSN a few weeks ago. I use it on the table next to me as I'm ironing pieces. Just last night I finally got a chance to use it on a full sized quilt top.

OH MY GOSH what a HUGE difference not having to struggle with a cord tangled up in the quilt top as I'm ironing!!! It's also very light weight which is a huge plus. And it comes with a cute carrying case for portability, but I don't really go anywhere with my irons.

Yes, I have now discovered true love. LOL

I also love the detachable water reservoir!

I too am considering one of those but I can't find one local where I can pick up the iron.

My problem is tendonitis in my arm/elbow and most irons are too heavy for me. Currently using an Oliso which weighs over 4 lbs.

    Sheep Farmer,

I'm so happy for you-this iron is on my wishlist! Would it be too impolite to ask how much you paid for it?

I have had this iron on "watch" for months ... ever since I missed the $65 sale on Massdrop last year.
Everyone else had it on sale for $90+.
Anyway, I found it at HSN (Home shopping network) for $79.

I bought one from a friend whose son bought for her. It would not fit in her built in ironing board cabinet so she sold it to me for $65, she said he had paid about that at Target.
Mine is not heavy nor will the water tank remove but I do really like it. I wish it was red.
