    Default Carolina Dreaming

My brother is a UNC grad and proud alumni. I want him to enjoy game day with a special quilt. Using HST's I created the illusion of ribbons wrapping a pole. HST's allow for some much creativity. Now on to quilting! Thanks for viewing.

How lovely and functional! You did a wonderful job on the top. You brother will be so proud of it - and you!

Hi, Gwen. I tried to view your quilt on QBM but just get a blank page. Guess I can't get into your site anymore. But if the quilt is anything like all the others you 've done, I know it's beautiful

    Gwen does beautiful work.

Thank you. I was playing around with my HST's one day , wanting to something interesting for a friend, and it started forming a wrapping illusion. Very quick and easy.

Sorry about that. I would have loved your feedback. I simply can not get pictures to upload.

Gwen, I went at it a different way and opened a new page and typed in your link. Got it! That is an intriguing design and I really love it. The ribbon around the pole is lovely. Did you design that on your own? Your brother is a fortunate man to be receiving this beautiful quilt. He will always have your quilt to add warmth to his life. Your fabric and color choices are lovely.

What a clever design he is sure to love it.
Use it up, wear it out, make it do or do without.
