Has anyone ordered the scented fabric yet?

    One question though.
    This one---
Scented Collection - Crisp Linen Multi Yardage
by Camelot Design Studio for Camelot Cottons

When I look at it online it appears to have a grid on it. Is it my computer or is this a solid linen colour fabric. Can someone else take a quick look at let me know if I am seeing things or not?

    Thanks,
    Cheryl

It sort of looks like they took a picture of graph paper.

This is not a solid linen fabric. The print name is called "Light Grid." It is a blue on white printed fabric.

How permanent is the scent? Does it go away after so many washings?

I don't think I would like scented fabric. The smell I love on fabric is bed sheets that were hung to dry in the sun. let us know if you get the scented stuff and if it is a pleasant smell. It is fun to try new things.

That would send me running for the inhaler.

My mom uses Fresh Linen scent Best Press, so I always look forward to the whiff that escapes when I first open the bags of scraps that she saves for me. I use Best Press, too, but I use a different scent. I prefer the mint, but it is difficult to find in my area. I like the scent on freshly laundered clothing, bedding, etc., so I suspect that I would like scented fabric. However, I'm not sure how many different scents I would like to have in the same quilt. It seems like this fabric works in a scratch-and-sniff fashion, so it might not be as overwhelming as I imagine. Most of what I've read shows that it lasts through 30 washings.

Wow what will they think of next?! I'm not sure I would want to have that in my house though. DH very allergic to perfume, candles, hairspray, etc.

I stopped wearing perfume several years ago because of my DH. Have to use unscented bath soap and laundry detergent also.
