Red face Long time seamstress- newbie quilter

Hi, I'm a long time seamstress who knows her way around garment construction, but am intrigued by quilting. My first project was 2 Christmas stockings last year and a baby quilt for my neighbor this summer. Both were learning experiences, but very rewarding. Looking forward to learning from your tips, tutorials, and shared enthusiasm.

Welcome, welcome, welcome. Come in and sit a spell, bring your stitching and we'll have a good time.

Welcome to an awesome forum......This is the place where you can learn a great deal from many of the experienced quilters here. AS a long time seamstress myself, I was really thrilled to have found ( by surfing the net ) Missouri Star Quilt Company. I joined the forum in April of 2011...but didn't start posting until a few months later.

If you aren't aware, MSQC ( Missouri Star Quilt Company ) does a weekly video ( it comes out every Friday ) Tutorial for everyone who enjoys MSQC. Mostly these tutorials are Quilt Tutorials, but occasionally there's another type of a project as a tutorial too....

    Here's this week's tutorial
( You can also subscribe to MSQC Tutorials by clicking on the Subscribe to MSQC YouTube channel.....you can do that right here on the website. Just click on TUTORIALS ( on the website ) Then scroll down and on the right side of the page towards the bottom you will find the YouTube channel for MSQC...you can subscribe after clicking on the YouTube.com link)
