    Default home made granola

DH and I love yogurt, granola & fruit for breakfast and as a snack. I have been making a low sugar variety of granola but he recently told me he would like it even better if I can make it with some bigger chunks. Any ideas on how I can accomplish this? What is your favorite granola recipe?

Maybe you could share your recipe of the granola you have been making, and someone might have suggestions?

I have no real recipe, just mix in Old Fashion oats, nuts (whatever I have, pecans, almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts etc.) sunflower kernels, unsweetened coconut then pour over a mixture of melted coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla and sweetener. Lay out on cookie sheets and bake in low oven 225 degrees for about an hour, stirring every 15 min. Allow to cool then mix in dried fruits.

The question is do you want low sugar or chunky? I would think that you would need more honey and sweeteners like brown sugar or maple syrup to bind the chunks.
