    Default A Kindle Cover

    Hello everybody
today I want to show you something very plain and simple, but I'm very pleased with it because I designed, realized it, almost made a mess and finally got my result done

My hubby and I got a Kindle Paperwhite for my sister to celebrate her graduating from high school. I'm so happy for her! Since she loves reading so much and she'll be travelling a lot this summer, this surely is a nice gift. She loved it so much!

Of course as soon as hubby told me he was thinking about a Kindle I was like: "So she needs a COVER right? a quilted cover!"

I used these two fabrics 'cause she's the science one between us plus I added a magnetic snap to close it!

She loved it! Since we're clumsy I used a double layer of cotton batting. NEVER again. too thick for my poor sewing machine. One will be enough from now on And she loved the cover too! This is her holding it!

    Thanks for looking

Btw it fits so perfectly that it doesn't move inside the cover! I almost made it too small LOL

That looks great. We need one of those. My DH was carrying his in his pocket and it caused enough damage that he had to buy a new one. You did a good job.

I like the material you selected. This was a wonderful gift for a high school graduation.
