    Default Perfectly Risen Dough!

Made Sharing Bread today..... Actually began it last night with a "starter"..... Put the dough together this morning, and gave it a nice slow rise in the fridge.... This is how it looked when I took it out.

The loaves are busy Risng...on top of my glass topped stove.... Where a pot of chicken broth is simmering.

Whenever the bread is ready! It's a good oatmeal bread..... Nothing like you buy in the stores...

I think supper will be homemade oatmeal bread, and creamy to mayo bisque... Courtesy of Campbell's.

I'm thinking about starting another bread later.... Etc.... And each creates a desire to buy

I believe that bread baking and quilting have lots in common..... Both are intuitive, both come from a very old tradition, both are creative.... And... Each provides us with opportunities to buy gadgets... You know... Things we could live without, but are fun to own..... When I began baking bread, on a regular basis, I was delighted to learn that there were so many interesting things I could buy... Just like quilting....

Got to go... Time to put those loaves into the oven..... I 'm getting hungry!

Would you share your recipe? That looks really good. And I agree that quilting and bread baking have a lot in common.
One yard of fabric, like one cookie, is never enough!
