Default Quilted Dust Cover for Sweet 16

I am really proud of this quilted dust cover I made for my Sweet 16 machine. It wasn't too difficult to make and really serves its purpose. I have more pics, details, and the link for the pattern on my blog, here:Over the Kitchen Counter: Angie's Place for Cooking and Crafts: Sweet 16 Dust Cover - Part 2

I enjoy your website -- great sewing tips are one thing, but those recipes! Thanks!

Perfect!! I want to go back and read your blog about your Sweet 16 because I am thinking of getting one. I have a Janome 1600 on a New Joy frame that I am not really happy with - the space is so limited. I hadn't thought of taking the 1600 off and just putting it on a table to FMQ - duh!! I have been FMQ with my Janome 6600P. That all said, your FMQ is looking fabulous!!

This is so nice! I'm wanting to make one for my sewing machine but haven't. You really inspire me.

ANGIE! When did you take the plunge and buy yourself an HQ16? Are you loving it?

Tee-hee! I snuck that one past you, did I Rebecca?!?! I got it in late March so it's pretty new. I've done a few things on it as I learn how she sews and it's been great. There's a 'category' tab on my blog if you want to see the deets on my new baby! And yes, I'm loving it so far! It's different, but good. So comfortable and great visibility.

I want to make a cover for my Juki. I was thinking of something that slips over the top, but I really like your wrap around design. Very nice.
One yard of fabric, like one cookie, is never enough!
