I buy zippers from sellers on Etsy. They are so reasonably priced. Even the longer, heavy duty zips that I use for totes and purses are only about 50 - 75 cents each. Not sure if I should give the name of a vendor here on the forum but if you're interested, just message me and I'll give you the name of the vendor I buy from. LOVE your "boxy creations", Bababoo!!

They're not so easy to get and are considerably dearer than normal ones but if you have patience to wait for a delivery from China, which I did, they are much cheaper. Also cheaper by the metre/yard. I bought mine on eBay.

I have seen them at joann's, but I think only black or white and only one size I think. I have also seen them on etsy.

Oh my this is so cute!!! Extra cute! Did you make it following a tutorial maybe? (hoping for a link )

I love lace zippers! Funny thing: in our shop we sell them, but we do not order anymore 'cause nobody was asking for them. I think they are so pretty! This would be a great way to use them!!

That is very cute. The zipper just sets of the pouch.

Juliet, there are lots of tutorials on Pinterest for these boxy pouches but the difference with this one because of the zip being sewn on the top, I sewed the top and lining fabric wrong sides together, turned and pressed well, then placed the zip right side down then placed one of the side pieces right side down and stitched close to the zipper teeth. I found that a zipper foot wasn't necessary. Then repeated with the opposite side. Hope all this makes sense.
