    Giveaway Week 5 &6! Feb 6th -13th

Congratulations to emma137 & brook! You both won 1000 Quilters Cash points!! And that's just to top off all the fun you're having with Jenny!

Speaking of fun with Jenny, I'm wondering how you like your projects! Do you have to buy a new fabric for every project or are you a scrap busting kinda quilter?
Are you always digging into your stash when Jenny pulls out a great new project in her video tutorials? Or do you love a project because it's in beautiful fabric and that's what ends up on your cutting table!

Share with us and you could be the next winner of 1000 Quilters Cash Points!! To enter the game just hit the reply to thread button at the top or bottom of this page and answer the question! You only get one entry per contest round. A winner will be chosen by random selection in about a week to win our next 1000 Quilters Cash Points! Then watch your private messages cause I might be sending one your way!
To stitch or not to stitch... There is no question.

I am the "buy a new fabric" kinda gal! I see a new video and automatically see it done in a recent fabric I have been oogling over to use. Hopefully someday I will become a scrap buster!

I' m a little of both! Sometimes there is a new fabric line I've seen and I know it would be perfect for what I want so I order new and sometimes I just dig through the stash so I can do it right away.

I have so much fabric I try to use it up 1st. Usually I buy fabric and then try to
find a pattern to match it.

I usually buy new fabric for the quilt, not always the one Jenny is using though. I am growing a decent size stash of new fabrics that I love. One part of my stash is 20 one half yard cuts of Kaffee Fassett prints. I need to find a pattern to show them off. Right now I just admire and pet them.

I start with stash but sometimes have to add accents from new.

Love new fabric and also love using scraps. I try to pull from stash as much as possible, but new fabric always seems to show up at my door!

I don't have to buy a new fabric for every quilt, but most often I combine new with stash. So far, I have only made one of what I would call a scrap buster.

Ummmm ... isn't a new project a REASON to buy more fabric?

I do both, I usually dig in my stash and then buy new to coordinate, or sometimes , buy new and dig in stash for the coordinate.

I'm a little bit of both, but lean much more towards buying new. After 18 years of quilting, I realized that I am really not a stash kind of quilter. I like to buy new fabrics as new projects come up. But I do have a little stash to pull from, especially neutrals since they are pretty classic and stand the test of time no matter how long they sit in my quilt room.

                        Congrats to the wires.

To do a test block I just grab scraps but I have a very small stash so if I doing a whole project I buy new for it.

I start with my stash, then add new fabrics as needed... I'm trying real hard to be on a fabric diet!

I'm definitely in the fabric buying camp at this point. Maybe because I'm fairly new to quilting and still go all googly eyed over a new fabric collection, partly because my stash isn't that big, and partly because I do fall for those videos. But that's not a bad thing, is it?

I'm a beginner so my stack is limited. I'm also 30 miles from the nearest quilting store, and have no mail delivery. The small stash is my treasure.
