Hi! My name is Glenda and I am 60 years old. New to this site and fairly new to quilting. Love the tutorials. Don't know what to try first. Think it might be the Jelly Roll Race. Has anyone tried it and is it as easy as it looks?

Hi Glenda and welcome from frozen Ohio. You've come to the right place to learn, for sure. I think a JRR is a good place to start. Have you seen Jenny's tutorial on it? Also, a member of the forum here is Jean Sewing Machine. She is the reigning Queen of the JRR quilt. Also has YouTube videos.

Glenda, welcome from SW Ohio.
I made my first jelly roll race quilt (top only so far) just this past month. Yes, it is easy. Now I want to make a queen size one !!! Watch Jean Sewing Machine on youtube, she explains how to make it in different sizes.
BTW I made the Jelly Roll Race 2.No act of kindness, however small, is ever wasted.
