    Default New Tutorial

    And is is Friday again......

I love this pattern, I have a couple layercakes and just might make this one (some day)

The thing I noticed is, the Spiderman quilt at the end is a different layout....fun to see how that one turned out.

I thought I noticed that about Spider-Man also, but it went away so fast I couldn't catch how it was different! Wonder if Jenny can cut this up and make it " disappear"!

I saw that too. Guess you can change them around any way you want.

My first thought with Spider Man was that the prints are likely directional, so if she always sewed with the 6" on the left and 4" on the right, then she'd have to switch the layout in order to keep everything "up".

I really like this one especially for the kid novelty prints - I don't like cutting those up small.

Looks like the 6 and 4 inch switch sides on some of the spidey blocks, which puts a 6 and and 4 together on the quilt instead of the 6s and the 4s together like on the original one. Maybe that is why she made a point of saying keep your 6s on the same side of the block. I like it mixed up as well- looks more complicated.
