    I choose turnovers . . . oh, and honey buns . . .

Does it have to be your 'very own' recipe? I make a couple of special recipes that, I'm sure, came from some old cookbook or other, but I've made my own favorites. Not looking to claim that 'it's mine' but just to share it with others.
NC sayin's from my mama n' daddy, a reminder, lest I forget:

~I’m gonna tan your hide. (You’re about to get a whoopin’.)
~set yourself down a spell ~~every day of the week n' twice on Sundays
~knock you clean into next week n' then some ~~deader than a door nail
~can't get blood from a turnip ~~your neck o'the woods
~You're just playing possum (pretendin' to be asleep when you didn't want to get up n' go to school)

Great question as I have a few very good recipes handed down from others I would love to share.

I'm thinking that the recipes are submitted by rather than created by for the most part.

Bob - if you want pictures included I'm guessing we can't pm them to you because I didn't think you could post pictures via pm or has something changed and I wasn't quick enough to catch it? Which, by the way, wouldn't surprise this tech challenged grandma...

I didn't realize that we can't PM pics. So I guess post them here and I'll nab them up. Thanks for the info.

I will try to work on this when things slow down a little bit for me. I never take pictures of what I cook except dog biscuits for some reason. Is the photo required?
